Vegan Soysage & Peppers

A delicious vegetarian dish.
Ingredients
  • 2 links tofurkey Italian soysage
  • 5 red bell peppers
  • 1 sweet onion
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • ½ bunch basil
  • olive oil
Instructions
  1. Coat the bottom of a hot skillet with olive oil.
  2. Slice tofurkey soysage and onion and brown in pan.
  3. Add in peppers and basil and cook until desired tenderness of peppers.
  4. Add in chopped garlic.
  5. Season with salt & pepper (optional).
  6. Enjoy!
