Vegan Soysage and Peppers

Vegan Soysage & Peppers

: Main Dish
  • 2 links tofurkey Italian soysage
  • 5 red bell peppers
  • 1 sweet onion
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • ½ bunch basil
  • olive oil
  1. Coat the bottom of a hot skillet with olive oil.
  2. Slice the tofurkey soysage and onion and brown in a pan.
  3. Add in peppers and basil and cook until desired tenderness of peppers.
  4. Add in chopped garlic.
  5. Season with salt and pepper (optional).
  6. Enjoy!
