This is a tasty, mildly spicy, rice noodle recipe that can be served hot or cold. Add a pinch of hot sauce to "heat things up." Add tofu for extra protein!

Ingredients
  • 1 Lb. Tinkyada Brown Rice Pasta
  • 3 Bell Peppers - assorted colors.
  • 2 Summer Squash - one green and one yellow.
  • ½ bottle Spectrum or Napa Valley Hot Pepper Sesame Oil
  • Add Tamari to taste (1/4 - 1 Cup)
  • Thinly slice squash & peppers and quickly saute them for 4 - 7 min. Drain pasta and mix with vegetables, sesame oil, and tamari. Serve and enjoy!
