Vegan Soysage & Peppers
A delicious vegetarian dish.

- 2 links tofurkey Italian soysage
- 5 red bell peppers
- 1 sweet onion
- 6 cloves garlic
- ½ bunch basil
- olive oil
- Coat the bottom of a hot skillet with olive oil.
- Slice tofurkey soysage and onion and brown in pan.
- Add in peppers and basil and cook until desired tenderness of peppers.
- Add in chopped garlic.
- Season with salt & pepper (optional).
